Since I began taking a statin about 3 years ago, I have experienced much more discomfort and lack of mobility in the affected joints. I began taking various CoQ10 products but did not feel much improvement. I switched to using Qunol 6 months ago. The results have been extrordinary. I would never use another brand of CoQ10.

I love the idea of superior absorption as opposed to other products. The only negative I've found is the cost, so expensive.

As humans age mitochondria, which produce ATP, become defective and are eliminated through apoptosis. But the high cost of this is a loss of tissue function. The fine tuning of free radical leakage and effective mitochondria is critical - with the rise of defective mitochondria the load of free radicals in the cell rises. CoQ10 is a critical component of the electron transfer chain in mitochondrial respiration. I take CoQ10 for this reason and this product is functionally the most affective.

I tried different forms of CQ10 and finally tried Qunol Ultra. I have had no stomach problems taking this consistently and have had less knee pains since starting on Qunol. There are cheaper forms of CQ10 but this is a good product and the benefits make it a better buy.

I stopped taking it for a few months, noticed my stamina was reduced and my legs ached. Once I resumed taking it, I felt better. Quonol is definitely better than regular Co-Q 10.
