I just started taking it and I will continue to include it in my daily supplement intake. I am on cholesterol meds and have read that it depletes my CoQ10 levels. After I found out a little about the depletion of this enzyme after age 40 I decided to give it a try. The first thing I noticed was the lowering of my cholesterol.
