Have not changed my diet or exercise level and for the first 3 months have felt no difference. In September I started to feel extra tired and week at work. So in November I noticed a progression in tiredness and decided to re introduced CQ10 back in my system and by the end of December I feel less tired and more energy, so my guess is this stuff works,

I am a male, 57 years old. I've been using the product for more than a month. I added this product late in my efforts to improve my overall health. Before this product my blood pressure was beginning to return to normal and my fatigue was decreasing due to other efforts; however since using this product I have noticed more improvement in reduced fatigue levels, particularly in the morning getting out of bed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have knee problems which was causing me moderate pain mainly during the day. I was recently put on a statin to lower my cholesterol. After a day or two, the pain in my knees seemed to expand into the muscles around my knee and the back of my calf. I had heard that CoQ10 was good for pain caused by statin drugs, and I had heard Qunol was the best to take bc it was easily absorbed. The Qunol is great! Not only did the muscle pain subside, but a lot of the knee pain did as well. I'm so glad it did, bc I was on the verge of stopping the statins bc of the pain. Thank you Qunol!!
