I have taken Qunol for years and really trust the product!

There are a lot of products out there. Most CoQ10 is ubiquione. Folks over 35 cannot utilize this form of CoQ10. Ubiquinol is necessary for us "older" folks. Not sure if yours is ubiquinol or just the cheaper form of ubiquione? Hint: If it doesn't list it as Ubiquinol it is not. Qunol.... it's in its name!!
