I'm having a difficult time finding the Liquid where I moved to - so I thought I would try the tabs. I take 1 tab with my other vitamins in the morning - like I did with the Liquid - and am finding that the tabs carry me through the day like the liquid does. Guess it's a same-same in the body - however - I prefer the liquid because I enjoy the taste.

When I started taking CoQ10 I could hardly walk by the end of the day and was in a lot of pain. Within the first few doses I could tell a big difference. Now I take one in the morning and one at bedtime and hardly ever experience pain - unless I miss doses and then I can definitely tell. I strongly recommend this product. It has improved my life greatly to the better.

Then seeing a commercial on TV decided to see if I had noticed anything different between the old one and QUONOL, and there was a difference that took a bit to notice but had starting with the ability take it more easily and then noticing my gym work-outs were doing me greater justice somehow. SO - I now promote the QUONOL brand as the benefits far out-weigh some others.

I'm 54 years old and used to take the product from a different company, but luckily this product has the combination of E vitamin (as it is really good for heart strength and is an antioxidant).
