I have had better numbers since taking this product and even though the pill is a little large, I am able to swallow it without any problem. I think the product is a good value cost wise and I feel good taking it for my overall health.

Started taking this supplement about 25 days ago. Also implemented a better diet and walking every night for a minimum of 1.5 miles.....(plan to increase the distance as my body is ready). These softgels do not leave any after taste at all. I take mine everyday at lunch and have been consistent in doing so. I can honestly say that with everything I have mentioned above, I am feeling better and have much more energy. I think my cholesterol is probably better, haven't had a chance to request new labs yet......but I do 100% know for a fact that my blood pressure has been lower. Woohoo!
