I have had better numbers since taking this product and even though the pill is a little large, I am able to swallow it without any problem. I think the product is a good value cost wise and I feel good taking it for my overall health.

Started taking this supplement about 25 days ago. Also implemented a better diet and walking every night for a minimum of 1.5 miles.....(plan to increase the distance as my body is ready). These softgels do not leave any after taste at all. I take mine everyday at lunch and have been consistent in doing so. I can honestly say that with everything I have mentioned above, I am feeling better and have much more energy. I think my cholesterol is probably better, haven't had a chance to request new labs yet......but I do 100% know for a fact that my blood pressure has been lower. Woohoo! Not going to let this thing called "Aging" get ahold of me anytime soon! (I am mid 50's and plan to be around for some grand babies to grow up!!!) My father-in-law's physician is the one who recommended him to take Qunol so I figure if that's what a cardiologist is telling his patients, I should pay attention and jump on the band wagon BEFORE I have a need to see a cardiologist!

That is because I have to sit with my knees higher than my hips to avoid back pair from muscle spasms. I sit in a low car seat taken out of my Honda Odyssey and need to push up with my arms to stand. After I took tan othert CoQ10, I waited an hour then sat down. I could then get up with some difficulty. For the first time I just purchased Qunol CoQ10 and now I am so strong that I have no difficulty standing up. From now on it is Qunol CoQ10.
