I started taking Qunol COQ10 about 3-4 months ago and recently had a full blood panel taken and my blood pressure has been the lowest (127/76) it has been in the past five years. I recently retired from the U.S. Army (2016) and my stress levels have gone down considerably, but my BP was still to high (140/high 90's). I firmly believe taking Qunol is why my numbers have improved and I plan on taking them into the future to obtain optimal health.

I saw an ad on TV for "Qunol Ultra Co- Q10 which appeared to be very similar in milligrams but better for absorption. The next time I needed a refill I checked my local pharmacy and found "Qunol Ultra Co-Q10" at about half the price! I was sold!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Approximately 1 and 1 /2 years ago, my cardiologist prescribed "Atorvastatin" 20 mg due to slightly high Cholesterol . After beginning to take the medication, I would wake up with muscle cramps in my thighs. I had been taking regular CoQ10 for several years for joint pain; however, When the muscle cramps began, I began to use the "Ultra CoQ10" and the muscle cramps stopped. I highly recommend if you are having joint pain or Cholesterol medication that causes cramping, start using "Ultra CoQ10". You will have to wait for it to build up in your system.

The Qunol help protect my body against the effects of that drug. My Doctor has added Qunol to the list of protectorants i.e. vitamins, etc. I consume and ask me every time I visit if I am still taking it.

I'm 69 and I find taking supplements help address the changes caused by aging. They're not the solution but staying active (walking, housework, gardening) I feel they contribute to my health.
