Many CoQ10 supplements are available, but unless they are water soluble, they should be taken with a high-fat meal to ensure absorption. To my knowledge, Qunol is the only CoQ10 supplement that is water soluble. The supplement is easy to take -- easy to swallow with no adverse taste. No side effects. I have been using Qunol for years and plan to continue.

Not being a doctor, I can't tell you if it is making a difference, even my doctor at my annual physical can't point to anything. He does say it helps, but can't quantify that issue. I like the smaller container. Maybe a tab on the seals that that put on the bottle would make it far easier to open the plastic bottle.

There are a lot of products out there. Most CoQ10 is ubiquione. Folks over 35 cannot utilize this form of CoQ10. Ubiquinol is necessary for us "older" folks. Not sure if yours is ubiquinol or just the cheaper form of ubiquione? Hint: If it doesn't list it as Ubiquinol it is not. Qunol.... it's in its name!! Well, I did have joint pain & he told me to try QUNOL. I have been happy with the product as it does NOT give me indigestion and my joints feel fine. So glad I listened to my doctor and so glad to have found this remedy.
