[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My doctor recommended that I take CoQ10 to help reduce the muscle weakness and painful soreness that I have from taking a statin for high cholesterol. I tried many brands, but not until I started taking Qunol was I able to tolerate the statin medication and take it as the doctor prescribed. Qunol Ultra made such a difference in how I felt that I could resume working out at the gym lifting weights and running on the treadmill. I'm thankful for Quonol and always make sure I have an extra bottle on hand.

I was taking a regular CoQ10 supplement upon doctor's recommendation so I could tolerate statin (tried 3 different statin medications) but it didn't help. I still had flu-like symptoms and muscle pain. I stopped taking statin because it make me feel sick all the time. One day while shopping I saw this product & bought it. It worked - I have been back on statins for 2 years now because of this product!!! Now my husband also takes it and it has stopped the severe leg cramps he was having every night.

at the advice of my pharmacist I'm taking Qunol because I take a statin. In reading the reviews it appears this product is as good as others thought there is a question about the claim of 3x's the absorption rate. It appears to dissolve for me with no problems.
