Since I take a statin, I am very conscious about taking Qunol everyday. I do like the liquid, but just not as convenient to take the tablets while traveling and not have to suspend.

My cardiologist recommended that I use the superior absorption CoQ10 after suffering an aortic dissection in 1997. I tried several but got the best results on my tests when I found Qunol CoQ10 several years ago. I've been using it ever since, test results are always the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband played football from his Jr. year in high school thru college and as he gets older he can feel every game in his knees, hips, back and more, but even with regular visits to multiple doctors of varying specialties, and more Meds than we can count, he still wasn't able to do many of the things he needs and wants to without constant, daily stiffness and pain. That is, until he read about Qunol CoQ10 & gave it a try about 5 years ago. It took a week or two before he began to feel the benefits but by the time the bottle had only 3 or 4 pills left in it he made it known that he did not want to EVER go without his daily dose...and with only a couple of exceptions (most being my fault) he hasn't, and for that we are both VERY grateful! Please know, in the interest of full disclosure, there are, unfortunately, some days that still stink because he isn't in his 30's, or even 40's any longer, but those a very rare & are usually because he over did it the day before or his body is reminding him of his actual age. HOWEVER, with more gratitude than I can express here, I can honestly say that because he takes one of these pills every single day, 29 out of 30 days he is able to do everything he wants to, when he wants to, and for that I will do everything in my power to make sure we remain fully stocked!

So many don't know our bodies have CoQ10 already but as we age we lose that amount especially if we are on NSAIDS or are diabetics. We must take care of the only body we get.
