Coq10 was highly recommended for me by a doctor and I have tried many brands over the past 11 years,but this brand and strength far surpasses the quality of the others. It is more digestible, easily swallowed, appears to be helping the health issue that I am taking it for, so I am believing the products statement that it is absorbed 3 times better than other brands. It may be a bit more expensive, but it's worth it tome to not have abdominal issues after taking these tablets, I believe because it does not have dairy products in them. Scientifically we know once we are past 35 this important heart enzyme begins to decline in our bodies. I have chosen this product due to the higher absorption rate compared to many others. So far my triglycerides and heart ultrasounds have all been good. Genetically I am pre-disposed to heart problems and am pleased I am heart healthy. I believe this product is helping to make this so.
