Once I started taking these I noticed more energy and drive. I walk large distances at work daily and have just felt better in general after starting the Qunol brand.

I have tried other brands of CQ 10 and also not taking any at all. Since I am over 55 and on statin I would suffer horrible leg and other pains. Once I resumed taking Qunol they would fade away. I used Jarrow Formulas for a long time until I got tired of paying the cost for it. Searched around and found the quinol ultra. Compared to the Jarrow's, I noticed a difference in my energy. Not a lot, but enough to know it's there. I'm guessing the main difference between the two brands is the oil/water solubility. I am on a "lesser fat" diet and I'm believe my good/bad fat intake wasn't enough for the Jarrows. The quinol seems to do the trick for me.

Out of many of the brands, it has the highest COQ10 per capsule, and the oil is not from farm raised, but wild. The only drawback is the coating, which is soy. If that could be changed, I'd give it 6 stars if I could.
