I had been taking another source of CoQ10 but a friend recommended Qunol to me and after some research, I decided to try it. I am pleased with the product thus far. No aftertaste or unpleasant effects are noted and while it is early, I am sure my next bloodwork will indicate that it is working for me.

A cardiologist recommended I take COQ10 even though I refuse to use statins. I do use Red Yeast Rice however - a natural product which acts similar to a statin without all the negatives. I have had very good checkups from my cardiologist.

It helps and I have been able to maintain my six-day per week training regime. My doctors were insistent on me resuming so I looked for alternatives because my past CoQ-10 did nothing.
