[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I've had a lite stroke and have moderate diabetes I take simvastatin and 1 100mg Qunol tablet orally daily. My Physician agreed with this to help prevent further episodes and reduce the risk of heart problems.

I have had many heart exams over that period of 11 years, and I am real happy to report and according to my Heart Specialist I have a very healthy hear. Many CoQ10 supplements are available, but unless they are water soluble, they should be taken with a high-fat meal to ensure absorption. To my knowledge, Qunol is the only CoQ10 supplement that is water soluble. The supplement is easy to take -- easy to swallow with no adverse taste. No side effects. I have been using Qunol for years and plan to continue.
