I've been taking CoQ10 for years. Have been reading the ads for Qunol and decided to switch to that brand about 6 months ago because it would be helpful to statin users. My doctor had doubled my statin RX. I also like the increased energy production I notice now.

Since the heart attack, I have been taking this product twice a day. One (1) first thing in the morning and one (1) hour before bed time. What a difference.
