I have been taking this for years because I know it will keep my heart healthy. I take it as directed on the bottle.

I use this after was diagnosed with high blood pressure, started using this and walking and my blood pressure is under control

I started taking Quonol CoQ10 in combination with red yeast rice. I noticed I had a little more energy on this supplement. It is pricey though.

How can I judge this product? It is a good value. My only complaint is that the capsules are very large and can be hard to swallow.

I take one every morning with coffee and other meds. Doctor recommended Qunol brand for better absorption. No complaints.
