This past couple of months with winter season people started getting sick and let me tell you I have not got sick once. I also get that extra kick of energy that last me throughout the day. I never knew how important this vitamin was for people aging. I will have to give it a few more months to see if my skin has increased any elasticity or plumpness. Overall, I will give Qunol another re-purchase.

CoQ10 was the recommendation and 3 months later I didn't have to donate blood before treatment and my levels are great!

When I told my cardiologist about my daily routine, he said there are no facts to back up the claims that CoQ10 has positive effects. So, I stopped. My BP went up about 10 - 15 points, both systolic and diastolic. I restarted my daily routine of taking Qunol and my BP has returned to almost perfect numbers (120/70, or lower). I will certainly point this fact out to my cardiologist when I see him next month!!
