I also had begun having heart palpitations. I take 1 tablet after breakfast and 2 tablets in the evening after dinner. I had a friend who recommended a CoQ10 supplement. I spoke with my doctor who checked my natural level. It was very low, almost too low to show up in the test. My doctor recommended a CoQ10 supplement along with a quality Omega 3 supplement and increased exercise. I did all three for 6 months before going back. My level had raised to 9.84 Micro/ml. My blood pressure for the past 3 years has consistently been normal with consistently normal EKG results. I know my increased exercise also is very important but believe all 3 have made a huge difference.
