I also placed it into olive oil and it dissolved also (albeit slower) The only thing I wish I could change is the tablet size. It seems too large for 100mg. I believe it is about half CoQ10 and half other ingredients.

I have already suffered a stroke (left carotid artery is blocked) plus a heart attack (very slight). Trying to help my body to alleviate the problems from those issues. My mother used it for over ten years also, after her CABG surgery. I have not had any problems with my heart following my CABG surgery in 2010. Started taking this supplement about 25 days ago. Also implemented a better diet and walking every night for a minimum of 1.5 miles.....(plan to increase the distance as my body is ready). These softgels do not leave any after taste at all. I take mine everyday at lunch and have been consistent in doing so. I can honestly say that with everything I have mentioned above, I am feeling better and have much more energy. I think my cholesterol is probably better, haven't had a chance to request new labs yet......but I do 100% know for a fact that my blood pressure has been lower. Woohoo! Not going to let this thing called "Aging" get ahold of me anytime soon! (I am mid 50's and plan to be around for some grand babies to grow up!!!) My father-in-law's physician is the one who recommended him to take Qunol so I figure if that's what a cardiologist is telling his patients, I should pay attention and jump on the band wagon BEFORE I have a need to see a cardiologist!
