Since taking Qunol (brand) COQ10, our energy has increased and we feel better. We've tryed other brands and they are just not the same. We always go back to this.

My mother experiences negative side effects while on her statin such as leg pain and possibly leg muscle damage. Since I started my statin I have taken this product with no negative side effects from my statin. It is easy to take once a day and the research states it is readily absorbed and easily digested. I plan to continue my supplementation with Qunol.

Her doctor (cardiologist PA) recommended she start taking CoQ10 about 2 years ago during a hospital stay. Since she was already in a recovery state I cant define her improvements just to the CoQ10. However, this past year while her health was well she wanted to cut down on the number of daily pills so the CoQ10 was cut out. The first month there was no change but gradually I could see her get weaker. not much but enough to notice. after 4 or 5 months I began adding some of the supplement/vitamins back to her daily regimen. The CoQ10 was the first and only to this point. It's only been 5 weeks but I can see some improvement in her energy level. Her eyes sparkle a little more and every so often we get a glimmer of dancing hands and feet. As for our household we will continue to use CoQ10
