I talked to my doctor and he said it couldn't hurt. I have a good cholesterol count and feel that I have good energy for my age and I attribute that some to taking Qunol CoQ10. When I ran out for a couple of days, I notice that my body was sluggish and did not have the pep that I needed. I am 63 years old and semi-retired. It helped me get through all the hurricane yard work that I had to at my house after the storm.
