[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take this product every day with Qunol 1000 mg Extra Strength Turmeric Curcumin Complex, 2000 mcg vitamin B12, & Geritol Liquid. The only complaint I have is that the pill is so big. I work 6 pm - 6 am & have noticed quite a difference in my stamina & energy. I would get very sleepy & tired around 1 am before taking this, but now I am able to work my whole shift without fighting to stay awake!!!

The doctor said that my generic was not being absorbed into my system, and was being wasted. I know that Qunol is more expensive than the generic, but it dissolves easily and quickly in water and oil, so it is almost completely absorbed and used by my body, and my heart health is better.

I tried other CoQ10 products but they had little to no effect. After trying Qunol's CoQ10 the cramps all but went away. If I did have a cramp it was just a mild one.
