I have to say I have certainly noticed a difference in how I feel since taking it. I feel somewhat more energetic and just an all over better feeling. I was taking a generic form of CoQ10 but wasn't getting the kind of result I now get from taking Qunol, and my doctor agrees. The softgel is easy to swallow and easy to identify in my daily pill container. And I can save money by buying multiple bottles each time I shop.
