My only complaint is the size of the pills are so large making it difficult for me to swallow.

I'm 69 years old and I know that heart health is important at any age, but more so as we age. I know that the medical community is divided concerning the benefit of taking COQ10 daily. However, they all seem to agree that there is no harm, but the overall benefit is still debated. Therefore, I gave it 3 stars because I have no solid evidence that it helps my heart, but I take it anyway in the event that it is indeed furthering my health objectives. Before taking COQ10 I had no heart problems and this was confirmed by an echo cardiogram. I have no exercise restrictions.

I purchased my first bottle of Qunol Ultra three months ago. I took it everyday for two months, and then forgot about it.
