The solubility was a question which I tried for myself and it was as advertised and truly amazing. I conferred with my primary physician and my cardiologist and they were laid back about supplements in general. I'm 60 years old can curl 110 pounds with the long bar and bench 217 pounds for my age that is pretty good the doctor said. I didn't take this CoQ10 before and my gains was slow now more faster on how heavy I lift. The recovery is nice too it doesn't take as long for recovery.
