Absorption is a most important factor, otherwise you do not get any benefit. That's why I choose this product and it's source. CoQ10 was recommended by my hematologist to boost my energy. I have only been taking it for about 6 weeks. It is easy to take and I have had no undesirable side effects.. I have not noticed any increase in energy at this point but was told it would take about 3 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This capsule is so huge it would take a gorilla to swallow it. Ergo, I am returning it to the store for a refund and will go back to the brand I was using. It may not absorb as quickly, but it works and is easy to swallow.

This supplement was recommended for daily use by my doctor for the rest of my living days. The only downside is the cost of this supplement. Being on a fixed income makes it hard to consistently use every month. It would be nice if there was a program provided to help people afford this supplement.
