It was very apparent that it absorbed well with no side effects, upset stomach. My husband switched to this product and has not gone back to his old product. Even if I choose to got light on supplements I always take this for the great boost it gives!

Prevents side effect that I previously experienced that made it impossible to continue with said therapy (rhabdomyolysis). I restarted treatment using the Quinol CoQ10 as an adjunct and have not had any recurrence of previous problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Qunol Ultra CoQ10 helps me reduce leg cramps caused by high doses of statin drugs, something that potassium alone was never able to do. No matter how many bananas I ate, or how many potassium supplements I took, I would wake up in the middle of the night with severe leg cramps, usually my calves. I started out with budget CoQ10, but that didn't help either. Qunol seems to work best, either because of the dose, or because of how it is absorbed by my body. When you think about it, this is the best bang for your buck!
