I am not a health nut, probably have a poor diet, but am healthy as a horse with blood pressure in the controllable area. I'm 72, still work 30 hours a week and it is hard, physical labor. I often do not tolerate numerous medications, but I can honestly say that Qunol CoQ10 and I get along just fine. And, I truly believe my overall cardiac health has improved !

Also my triclycerites are at 250 from a high of over 2000. I have been using it on a daily basis for about 2 years now. Numbers came down slowly after years of staying high no matter what I did or tried. Alergic to statins so they dont help me any.
