(I take no medications and never have) About three years ago I began feeling slightly sluggish and some mornings would rather just sleep in, instead of getting up and going. I'm an avid golfer and I started fatiguing around holes 13-14. About 18 months ago I started taking Qunol and that has been the only real lifestyle change and I have to say, I don't have as many of those mornings and 18 holes of golf now are no problem.
