We are taking it to help our hearts work more efficiently as we are both in our 70's. I know that as your body ages your production of CoQ10 goes down and that you must take a form that your body can utilize and CoQ10 is readily available to be used by the body. Also recommended by our heart specialist everytime we go in for a checkup. Always recommend it to our friends and family.
