I take Qunol CoQ10 because I take cholesterol medication to keep my cholesterol in an acceptable range. Without Qunol CoQ10, I experience muscle weakness and cramping in my legs, but with Qunol CoQ10, the pain and weakness is much less frequent . Appreciate its soluability in water and oil. I have been taking Qunol Ultra CoQ10 now for over 2 years. Not only has it helped with my loosing weight along with my blood pressure which has also come down, but incredibly enough ... my joints that were aching, no longer ache!! When you have a job, that is not an option. Now after breakfast I am ready to meet the day. If you think it doesn't help, take it for a month and then stop.
