I just noticed that I feel like I have alot more energy lately and realized that just 2 months ago I started taking the Coq10. So this is one of the benefits of taking it. Who doesn't need more energy? This works for me!

This supplement was recommended for daily use by my doctor for the rest of my living days. The only downside is the cost of this supplement. Being on a fixed income makes it hard to consistently use every month. It would be nice if there was a program provided to help people afford this supplement.

I also discussed it with my Cardiologist who identified it as a way to improve my heart and vascular health. It took a little while to feel the effects (about a month) but they were great. I will continue to take them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quol is a trusted and recommended product, we have been taking it for about a year now. I have been taking a Statin for 15+years and never knew it was depleting my Coq10. Qunol is helping to restore that and rejeuenatimg my health and life.

I am happy with the product results, however, I have trouble swallowing the large capsules. Occasionally they get stuck in my throat, even though I take them with water. I recently ordered the gummies, which solve the swallowing problem. However, I'm disappointed they are covered in sugar. The sugar crystals seem unnecessary, and are not consistent with a healthful product.
