I am 78 year old retired female. I have been taking multiple vitamins for some time but I started to forget easy things very quickly. When I saw the article of Qunol Ultra CoQ10, I decided to give a try. After little over one bottle was finished, I do not see or feel any difference. Ask me the question again, after second bottle was finished.

While the red yeast extract lowers LDL you need to also supplement with CoQ10 and Qunol is the best form to take. It has superior absorption so you get the most effective dose.

I started using Qunol CoQ10 when I read how it is more absorbent then other CoQ10 supplements. Does it work? I don't have any issues with my heart and I take it every day, so I'd say yes. Would I recommend it? Well if your doctor suggests you take CoQ10 then why not take a supplement proven to be more available and more absorbent than the competitors? No side effects as far as I can tell.
