I have been taking Ultra CoQ10 for about 6 years, on the recommendation of my primary care doctor. It seems to be doing its job because since I began taking it, all of my blood work tests have always been excellent. I'll use it for life. Thanks for a great product. I have tried other brands and had to use 2 or 3 times the mg as with the Qunol. This is so much better, haven't had any cramps since I have been using Qunol.
