I would not use anything else. The back side of my heart has 100% blockage and my heart grew new arteries around the blockage. The heart surgeon decided beings there was good flow around the blockage to leave it alone.

Cardiologist has recommended at least 200 mg a day. This product gives us that plus 100 mg more. So essential for our heart, brain, and aging health. Qunol is the best CoQ10 product I have found. Because it is water soluble it works faster and more efficiently. I took generic CoQ10 initally and did not have satisfying results.
