[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product ever since my cardiologist recommended it by name. He said, "Don't bother with CoQ10 unless it's Qunol. Other brands are useless as they are barely absorbed by the body." So, I threw out the other stuff I had and have taken Qunol for three months now. My blood pressure is better, and I seem to have less pain. I would highly recommend this product.

However, I seem to have good results, including more energy & better stamina when doing cardio exercise, with no big heart rate fluctuations that I seemed to have in the past. I am 62 and still running 5Ks, 10Ks & Mountain biking, so I am concerned with staying heart-healthy!

The advertising seems to make sense -- I like the fact that 100 milligrams of this equals 200 or 300 mg of other products. I also think that given all the variables, the price is quite reasonable.
