Research as shown that taking CoQ10 has many health benefits, heart health just one of many. Qunol seems to be one of the best CoQ10 suplements. I would recommend it for everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Helped put my heart back in sync. Under the recommendation of my cardiologist I began taking ultra CoQ10 years ago after my heart attack. After just three months my heart sync improved and felt stronger. I discovered after a while that Qunol Ultra CoQ10 was the better absorbed. I take 200mg daily. I believe it has helped kept my heart healthy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was taking 400 mg of other brands twice a day to deal with statin legs, and still had to go off statins a few days a month or I was unable to walk up a flight of stairs due to pain and exhaustion in my legs with deep muscle spasms. With the Qunol brand I only take 100 mg twice a day and am able to take the statins for 3 months or so before I need to go off them. I was able to get my triglycerides down to a manageable range at last!! It really is better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased Qunol Ultra CoQ10 because I could not longer find the product I had used for years. I can't say that I notice any difference. You don't always have a distinct awareness when taking a supplement. My only issue with the product is the size of the pill. I am on older adult and this pill is very large. I would be happier with a smaller pill.

He told me that if you take a Statin the side effects need to be counter acted. I said that I would look into it. I started promptly and to my relief it quelled the discomfort of doing labor which i enjoy. Thank-You Qunol for a product that is available and allows me to work!

Qunol is the only CoQ10 supplement I would ever buy as it offers the most benefits and bioavailability. Not all CoQ10 supplemnts are the same by any stretch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took BP Meds for years and months ago started taking Qunol Ultra CQ10. After taking Qunol for several months BP begin to drop so I reduced Meds to half and eventually full stop. Now to be truthful I did loose 20 pounds of body weight during this time so not sure how much COq10 contributed but I'm surely still taking it every day.

A cardiologist recommended I take COQ10 even though I refuse to use statins. I do use Red Yeast Rice however - a natural product which acts similar to a statin without all the negatives. I have had very good checkups from my cardiologist.
