The benefits of taking a quality CoQ10 are: • Improves cardiovascular function; • Boosts energy and stamina; • Supports cognitive function; • Fights free radical damage; • Supports healthy vision and hearing; • Improves oral health; and • Promotes smooth, supple, age-defying skin. I used the liquid version for a few years. I always felt that it was a major effort to dispense. Conversely, The soft gels took a few seconds to take. Big improvement for me.
