Started taking this and have not noticed a difference at all. And the last thing I want to be doing is popping yet another pill / vitamin or whatever.

My Cardiologist recommend Qunol by name. I find it easy to take. I do not have any unpleasant physical or digestive effects from taking it. Sometimes, the name brand is just the way to go. This is one of those times!
