Pretty sure I've left a previous review. This is the ONLY brand I take. Know cheaper out there but believe in this one, suspect it is absorbed better. Taken for many years now.

These are good, but can’t say I saw any difference between these & less expensive CoQ10 I have taken in the past. They are huge & difficult to swallow.
