Haven’t noticed any real difference after taking this. Has only been about two weeks so maybe it just needs to take longer?

No noticeable difference in alertness, wellbeing, cognitive function, or performance. It is easily taken and conveniently packaged.

The supplements are packaged nicely and quick and easy to use. But 2 weeks in to the regiment there is little change. I actually feel more tired since taking them. Maybe just me but I don't recommend these.

Vitamin packs are an easy way to ensure you take all your vitamins. I bought this for my husband and it helps him tackle the day in his older age. The pills are large so it would be best to take with food.

I've had many products from mega men before and for the most part no matter what I've tried it has always did me well for the most part but this particular vita pack did the exact opposite than what I was hoping for essentially making me tired and sluggish all day I'm total surprised by the outcome.

it really did not make any difference. I used to feel even better, more energized when taking the one capsule two times a day than taking these whole package with all these vitamins all together. These have not given me any extra energy as expected.

I have been taking it for some time now, I saw results when I first started. Since then, the formula was changed and some of the ingredients were diminished. I am not sure if it is my age or the formula, but it does not seem to be as effective. I am 73.
