First the pack came on time, GNC is complete medication. Take it with food and keep drinking fluid. I feel a lot of energy and strength. I will buy GNC again.

The advertised ingredients and effects of this supplement are hugely underdosed compared to the clinical studies that got said effects. Plus it is more expensive than almost every better option. I don't know who would spend their money on this
