I love this chicken. I add a little water during baking and pair it with steamed rice and broccoli. By adding water, it gives it a little more saucy consistency to place over the rice. Its delicious!

If you like quick meals this is perfect I put it in my fried rice as well as in a sandwich and its perfect. The only drawbacks is the pieces of chicken are sometimes small but its easy enough to make 2.
