HAPPY It does need better installation instructions. The pictures of each item is not detailed enough.

I have just installed this unit, and I am very pleased with the function and appearance. The instructions could have been a bit clearer.

Not a one day install, but very happy with product. Do not push in the walls while cleaning, as this can break the seal.

Very happy with the look and quality of this unit. Relatively easy to install. Would definitely buy an OVE product again. "HAPPY"

I wish I knew it didn’t have the walls included . After I bought it & had my contractor open it is when we realized the walls were not included in the Kit. The word kit, I always thought it meant it came with everything , in this case it does not. It still was a thousand dollars! I’m hoping we can figure out something !!

The shower was purchased for a basement bathroom renovation, replacing a 50 year old metal shower cabinet, so it has been a tremendous joy to shower in something so much more modern! I love the open feeling of the glass enclosure, and even at this size there is room for a small stool should I need it as I "age in place". I have one major hesitation, however, at giving this unit 5/5 stars: shelving. The shelves are effectively ornamental in design. With no edge or lip, products can easily be knocked to the shower floor. Even soap won't stay put. This could be easily remedied by incorporating a small lip on the mould for the shelves.

We are home owners for about 6 years, very handy but not pros in the very least. Decided to rip out a bath and replace with a shower basin. It is Very small. Great for small or spare bathrooms. Not bad to install. It definitely took two people but for folks that have never installed a shower stall it was not a large project.

I bought this Nov.'20 but due to bad, unscrupulous 'contractors', I didn't get it installed til recently. I worried that the base looked smaller than I expected, but when doors were up, it looked much better. The one thing I don't like is that bases are still allowed to be made without non-slip surfaces. They should be required of ALL manufacturers of showers & bases. I wish OVE would switch to those for the safety of their customers. Bath mats don't always perform they way they claim & cause a person to fall.

Ordered this in Nov. 2021. Arrived about 3 weeks later. After installing the base we opened the glass panel package and found the movable panel was shattered in shipping. We got a replacement a couple weeks later but the pre installed wheel holders were not installed and were not in the parts package. Finally got all the parts a couple weeks later and finished the installation in early February. It’s very nice now that it is installed.

We ordered the shower kit 34” was very good quality, instruments were good. No words but good drawings and what to do . Works very nice as we had a smaller space. The base was very high quality. You have to follow the instructions very Carefully but when you do you get a very good result
