These sausages are absolutely disgusting and why are they in a jar to begin with. They are bright red and should not be eaten unless u want to die

I have bought this many times and they are usually fine. This one soured after only half the jar. Don't know whether to try these again. Have never had this happen before. My husband threw them out before I knew so I can't return them now.
