Very Firm. This mattress was a lot firmer than expected for a memory foam. We bought it because we wanted firm mattress for our backs but this was a little too firm.

Got this Zinus mattress, had not heard of the brand before but I am very happy with it and the quality. It is a Night Therapy Green Tea Hybrid Mattress. They come in a variety of sizes, I go the 14 in Queen.

Mattress filled out as it should in about 4 hours. We have been sleeping on it for about a month. There was no smell as some have talked about after 24 hours when we first slept on it. It has a firm but certainly not too firm feel and very comfortable. When one person gets up the other person cannot tell. Overall one of our favorite mattresses we have owned.

Let me start by saying bed in a box always sounded cheap to me. So when it was delivered my husband actually struggled to get in house it was #139 LBS in large box. The box was in great shape good job Fedex, we opened box pulled out vaccummed sealed mattress cut plastic and placed on foundation we then saw the directions to slice open the bottom and allow the mattress to expand so we did it can take up to 72 hours to fully expand but after 24hrs the mattress was at 14 inches. Its is firm yet soft to lay on and the cooling layer really works no more waking up sweaty from memory foam stlye beds. We have had it for under a week andd so far its just perfect we also have 3 Great Danes that have decided its the best place to take a nap . Would definitely say if your looking for new matress save the hassle of shopping and order one to show up at your door .

So far its what I expected in the firmness department. However in the Smell department it still has an odor, as does all my bedding. granted its just been a lil over a week, and I put the bedding on after it sat for 2 days.... so for anyone out there if I was doing this again I would let it air out for at least a week...

For us, this bed was to firm. I spoke with Zinus and they rated this bed a 5. There most plush is over a 7. We even tried using a mattress topper and it was still not what we wanted. Good quality, no smell but just to firm for us who prefer a pillow top experience.

I liked the way the mattress was packaged/ vacuum sealed. It made it easier getting it into the house. It was easily move able with just 2 people. The handles were very convenient. The box was damaged but the product itself was not. I prefer a bed that is not firm nor soft. This mattress was a little softer than I expected but it holds its shape well. I am a hot sleeper and the bed keeps me noticeable cooler.

This is an affordable mattress that won’t break the bank! If you aren’t looking to spend a fortune on a king sized mattress, this is the best option for you. While soft, it still provides ample support. Very good option for side sleepers and couples who share a bed and move around a lot. I would compare this to my previous $1000 mattress.

My son purchased this mattress and absolutely loves it. It came very conveniently packaged making it easy to carry to his second floor bedroom. It’s so comfortable he can’t get into it fast enough and doesn’t want to get out. Great value for the money.

This mattress is amazing, it's extremely heavy, my husband and I lift alot of heavy stuff and had an issue moving this mattress. We unrolled it in our spare room & left it for 3 days then had to move it into our room. Has taken a few days to get used to it but it's fantastic to sleep on. Really luxurious and doesn't sleep hot. Would have preferred if Fed Ex had left it at the door not the garage.
