[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pennzoil has a variety of products that protect your engine. I’m 43 and have a 2009 Nissan Murano with 120,000 miles on it (review 2021.) Over the past few oil changes, I’ve switched from conventional oil to a synthetic blend and this is my first time using a full synthetic. I made the switch because I’m getting lazy and am lacking the enthusiasm, I once had, for doing an oil change. While most people observe longer drain intervals for full synthetics, Pennzoil’s warranty only applies if you register online and meet certain conditions (such as following the manufacturers’ interval recommendations.) There are a few main variables that impact the duration of the drain interval. These include things like number of starts, what type of filter is being used, climate, driving behavior, etc. My car is outside of the warranty limit, I use good filters and don’t drive aggressively. So, I plan on trying to stretch the oil’s life for the next year (if I can.) There are some benefits to their premium synthetic oils but I’ll probably save that for when I get a newer car. As for the product, there is only one difference in how I do the change… I have to change the distance where the car alerts me about the oil change and increase it from the default 3,000 miles to a longer period.

The engine performs the same or better in this than with the oil recommended by the manufacturer; the Pennzoil almost makes the engine "purr" softly when idle. From what I've read in studies of different oil manufacturers by independent third parties, Pennzoil is in the top 3-4 overall oils when it comes to engine wear, how clean it keeps the engine, and resistance to breakdown. In other words, it appears to be exceptional value for the quality of the oil.

Dump the old and refill the life juice of your engine with this great stuff. came out looking like it went in. its a great reliable choice for all performance machines.

This stuff allows us to go longer between oil changes and it keeps my vehicle functioning at it's top performance. Pennzoil is always our go to brand with motor oil as it's high quality, high performing, and reliable--this product is no different. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While its hard to notice a difference between various oils, I "feel" like the Pennzoil synthetic makes the car run quieter. The difference is very small but I do feel like I notice a difference when I use it. It does pour out very easy and doesn't spill too bad. I highly recommend Pennzoil Synthetic oil!
