I've taken Turmeric before so I'm looking forward to the joint inflammation benefits. Only been taking it for a short time (a few days now) but the flavor is SOOOO much better than trying to make it on my own!

Plagued with arthritic pain and with night leg and foot cramps. Yellow mustard (tumeric) relieved the cramps when taken during an episode so was hoping this product would provide some prophylactic relief - it did not.

I would be encouraged if there were more clinical evidence that turmeric with the ingredients used had an actual health benefit. I can say that it tastes really good and seems to have plenty of curcumin in it.
