have not been using for a month yet so i son't think i have noticed any less pain in my back. this is my first time to try the product and am hoping for good results since i have 24/7 pain in my lower back from arthritis. easy to take.

Plagued with arthritic pain and with night leg and foot cramps. Yellow mustard (tumeric) relieved the cramps when taken during an episode so was hoping this product would provide some prophylactic relief - it did not.
