I would be encouraged if there were more clinical evidence that turmeric with the ingredients used had an actual health benefit. I can say that it tastes really good and seems to have plenty of curcumin in it.

I am drinking the whole bottle because my husband can't stand it. It doesn't taste good, but I'm not wasting my money, so I'll finish it. I'll try the capsules next time.
