I am dealing with some lower back issues due to my desk job. I have switched to a stand-up desk and I also do a lot of stretching. However, nothing has relieved the tight tendons and muscles like this product. Wish I could bathe in it!!

I am drinking the whole bottle because my husband can't stand it. It doesn't taste good, but I'm not wasting my money, so I'll finish it. I'll try the capsules next time.

Plagued with arthritic pain and with night leg and foot cramps. Yellow mustard (tumeric) relieved the cramps when taken during an episode so was hoping this product would provide some prophylactic relief - it did not.
