I just mix it with 8 oz of water and drink it. It tastes so good and it gives you energy. The ingredients are all natural.

Added it to my vitamin program for RA - still early as only taken for a week but tastes great no ill effects and I feel a little better

I take this daily for joint pain caused by arthritis. It is far more effective than taking capsules. It is easy to take and tastes good too!
