I use it daily for anti-inflammatory effects for osteoarthritis. The only downside is the need to take 3 caps a day.

Normal CoQ10 pill does not give me energy, this pill gives energy, I had to switch from taking it nights to days.

Really like the fact that the turmeric is in liquid form making it easy to add to my breakfast smoothie.

Daily use has help with everyday aches and pains. Plan to continuing in a daily regiment. Only negative it is a rather large pill.

I am enjoying taking this product to help fight inflammation. I like the taste and know I am doing something good for my body too!
